CCL Cerchi Casa
Consorzio Cooperative Lavoratori was born in 1974 to offer a solution of cooperative living to those looking for a home and to those interested in investing in the Milanese real estate market. Today it continues its work through 30 cooperatives, in partnership with SSA and association NoiCoop.
THE GOALS
Where we started from
The goal of CCL is to strengthen its brand awareness, finding a positioning that can attract new partners and become a Top of Mind, that is to say the first business that comes to mind when the target thinks of looking for a new home in Milan and its province.
What we did
The strength of CCL is its people. Our challenge was to make this human side appear, putting the inhabitants of the neighbourhoods, the partners of CCL and the collaborators of the cooperative at the heart of the communication.

EDITORIAL PROJECT
CCL is made of memorable stories, capable of moving and being recalled, in which the people’s authenticity is apparent. Insiemi is the project in which these stories are brought to life, where the Quantieri (born from quartieri + cantieri, that is to say neighbourhoods and building sites) are presented through the voices of their inhabitants.
Instant Book
From podcast to paper: Insiemi is also a series of instant books written by journalist and architect Silvia Icardi. Drawn maps, large photos of faces and illustrated stories to tell the lives who have come across CCL.
Podcast
Insiemi is a podcast guided by the voice of Milanese reporter Valentina De Poli. A journey across the Quantieri, guided by the life stories of the people who live in Milan and in the houses of CCL, made of beautiful stories to listen to with your headphones.

CCL portrays Milan on Instagram, it enters the Quantieri in which the houses of CCL are located: the places from which virtuous relationships between inhabitants and neighbourhood are born and develop, as well as the point of reference from which to start from to discover new hidden corners of the city.

To find new business partners we created various cross-media campaigns, online and offline, destinated to the public interested in the CCL activities and in the life of the Quantiere.
