Italfarmaco Spa is an Italian corporation established in 1938. It operates in Italy and abroad in the pharmaceutical and chemical-pharmaceutical industries. The Women Health Division is the branch of Italfarmaco that focuses on gynecology and on the physical and psychological wellbeing of women.

THE GOALS
Where we started from
Italfarmaco is side by side with women in the crucial moments of their lives. These moments are often affected by taboos and urban myths spread online. The brand’s desire is to break the disinformation through a connection between the Women Health Division and the feminine world.
What we did
We built a virtual space where women of all ages can feel the protagonists. Woman Factor is a large community for women where all women are listened to, welcomed and represented without any filter so they can feel freer and more sure in all the stages of their life.
StrategY
Through this project Italfarmaco aims to increase the brand awareness and the relevance in the eyes of its consumers, generating a positive reputation and a feeling of loyalty towards the brand and its products.

Five ambassadors representing the 5 stages of life of every woman will put themselves out there on social media and in the Woman Factor podcast. The leader-ambassadors, from the teen to the over fifties are led by a fierce host ready to fight stereotypes and inaccuracy.

The Woman Factor podcast says what women don’t say. Sfacciate (literally, Cheeky) is the place where the host and two ambassadors chat on a theme close to them, comparing their personal experiences and talking “face to face” about all topics without any filter.
